We are fortunate enough to have Kelly Caldwell as one of our founding members. Prior to being involved in real estate, Kelly spent nearly a decade working with families in the bereavement sector. Kelly holds a license as an Ontario Funeral Director and continues to serve families across the world with mass disaster relief. With a strong knowledge of just how difficult this time can be for families and their loved ones, Elevated Wealth Creations is proud to offer an empathetic approach to families who are grieving and need a kind and caring hand in estate clean-ups.

Homes in which a love done has been fortunate enough to spend their last days frequently become a revolving door of medical professionals, and the hardships endured by caring for a loved one as they enter their final stages of life are evident within the home. It is not uncommon for families to be overwhelmed at the prospect of having to not only clean out the home of their loved one, but also to dispose of personal effects and have to make the home ready for sale. It is our goal to help provide some relief in the process by providing this unique service to families, allowing them the space they need to grieve their loss and spend their time where it matters most.

How we can help:

• Kelly will personally meet with your family one-on-one and listen carefully to your specific wants and needs, and work in tandem with you to craft a respectful and dignified solution that you and your family are comfortable with to help you achieve your desired (or needed) outcome. We can provide anything from a clean-up services only, aiding in helping your family appropriately dispose of any unwanted items, to a full-fledged clean-up and renovation of the home to make it ready for sale for maximum return.

• Alternatively, if you wish to keep the home within the family, we are able to help you assess the home and come up with alternate solutions as to how you may be able to keep the residence either as your primary residence, or as an income property.

Hoarder Relief Program

Whether you are a homeowner, landlord, or tenant, the clean-up and renovation process involved following a hoarding situation can be extremely difficult, not only for the individual who is facing it but also for family members who are desperate for help. Many people are embarrassed by their situation and try to resolve this issue alone. The process can be isolating and lengthy. Elevated Wealth Creations is proud to be able to provide those who are impacted by the burden of hoarding a gentle approach and a sense of renewed hope for the future.
